Cancellation and Refund Policy

At FusionLancers.com, we strive to deliver high-quality services through a secure and transparent
platform. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity
for both clients and service providers.
1. Service Cancellation
By Clients:
- Clients may cancel a service within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order, provided that work has
not yet commenced. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- If the cancellation request is made after 2 days or after the service has begun, a partial refund may
be considered based on the work completed and subject to review.
By Freelancers/Service Providers:
- Service providers may cancel a project only under exceptional circumstances. Clients will receive a
full refund in such cases.
Platform-Initiated Cancellations:
- FusionLancers reserves the right to cancel any order due to violations of our terms of service,
fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the
circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as defined above.
- Refunds are not issued for fully completed services unless a breach of agreement or quality
standard is clearly demonstrated.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.
- Once approved, refund amounts will be credited to the original source account within 7-14
business days.
3. Dispute Resolution- If there is a dispute between a client and a service provider:
- Contact support@fusionlancers.com within 7 days of service delivery.
- Our team will review the case and provide a resolution based on submitted evidence and service
terms.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original source account within 7-14
business days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and the financial institution
involved.
